Negative automatic thoughts 指“消极自动想法”：在人遇到压力、挫折或情绪波动时，不经思考就自动冒出来的负面念头，常带有以偏概全、灾难化、贴标签等认知偏差。在认知行为疗法（CBT）中常用来分析情绪与行为的来源。（也常简称 NATs。）
